For example, the Siberian meat processing enterprise Omsk Bacon initiated the opening of a new specialty at the Kalachinsky Agricultural and Technical College – «Meat and Meat Products Technology».

In January 2022 two new specialized audiences were opened at Omsk State Agrarian University - pig breeding and poultry farming. The central office of the PRODO Group also took part in a larger action: gadgets, computers, household and office equipment, all devices that work from an electrical outlet, as well as markers, pens, marker machines, plastic cards and discs were accepted for disposal.

Every year the share of products in environmentally friendly biodegradable packaging increases in the assortment of PRODO Group enterprises. Given the scope of the Group's activities, this is a significant contribution to pollution control.

1/3 Project of PRODO Poultry Farm Kaluga JSC

PRODO Poultry Farm Kaluga constantly monitors the air quality in the areas where its production facilities are located, as well as the state of sewage discharged into the Gypsy stream.

In 2017, the company entered into an agreement with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Kaluga Region on a range of environmental measures, including the construction of new treatment facilities and regular monitoring of water bodies – the Tsyganka stream and the Sechna river.

The treatment facilities «PRODO Poultry Farms Kaluga» serve not only the enterprise itself, but also treat the wastewater of the nearby village named after Leo Tolstoy.

As a result of the project, it was possible to achieve an additional reduction in the content of harmful substances in wastewater to a safe level, and according to studies, water from the Gypsy stream is safe and meets accepted standards.

2/3 Green Week Environmental Initiative in Tyumen

In Tyumen, the poultry farm PRODO Tyumen broiler launched the Green Week environmental initiative.

An alley was laid on the territory of the enterprise in honor of the 75th anniversary of the Tyumen region. 75 majestic spruce trees and 200 pyramidal poplars were planted by employees of the enterprise in a week, and these plantations will eventually become an excellent sanitary protection area around the poultry farm.

PRODO Tyumen Broiler initiated a charity event to restore the forests of the Tyumen region after the summer fires, which in 2021 became a real disaster for the region.

In August 2021, products under the Troekurovo brand appeared on store shelves with stickers «Restore the forest together». Some of the funds from the sale of these products went to the restoration of forest plantations. The poultry farm «PRODO Tyumen broiler» entered into an agreement with a specialized organization, under which 4 thousand young pines were planted on about 1 hectare of land damaged by fires in September 2021. Exactly so many products with stickers were produced to finance the allocation of land, the purchase and planting of tree seedlings. And everyone who purchased Troekurovo labeled goods became a participant in this charity event.

ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System Standard

All production of the Group is certified according to the international standard of food safety management system ISO 22000. In May-June 2020, the PRODO Group sent a total of 32,500 food sets to socially vulnerable categories of the population. Some of our employees have made charity a part of their lives and implement community initiatives in their free time.

In 2020, the PRODO Group for the first time implemented a unique project — the Corporate Volunteer Charity Program. As part of the project, we decided to support the ideas of the Group's employees aimed at improving the quality of life of our fellow countrymen.

A project competition was organized, and the best received funding. In total, 33 winners were identified who were able to implement their projects.

The charity program of corporate volunteering is an excellent opportunity for the personal development of employees of the PRODO Group, because for many of them participation in the program has become the starting point for a qualitative change in their own lives.

Large-scale charity event of the PRODO Group together with Yandex Go and Yandex social project Help Nearby

In May-June 2020, the PRODO Group sent a total of 32,500 food sets to socially vulnerable categories of the population. Assistance was provided to residents of the regions where the PRODO Group enterprises are located. Klin, Tyumen, Kaluga, Omsk, Novosibirsk, Ufa, Perm — in these cities and the surrounding areas, low-income and large families, people with disabilities, pensioners and many others received targeted assistance. The Group's enterprises formed sets from the products of their assortment, and drivers collaborating with the Yandex Go service delivered them directly to the addressees' house. The lists of those in need of assistance were made up of social services and charitable foundations. Local administrations, volunteers, social workers and, of course, employees of our enterprises also provided invaluable assistance to the PRODO Group in the implementation of the action.
