For example, the Siberian meat processing enterprise Omsk Bacon initiated the opening of a new specialty at the Kalachinsky Agricultural and Technical College – «Meat and Meat Products Technology».
Thus, Omsk Bacon can provide itself with qualified personnel - masters, technologists and heads of divisions of the meat processing workshop, and students – the opportunity to learn a new sought-after specialty.
In January 2022 two new specialized audiences were opened at Omsk State Agrarian University - pig breeding and poultry farming. They are equipped with the most modern equipment, which is used today at the production sites of PRODO Group, so that students can already master advanced technologies and production culture during their education. The poultry project was implemented together with PRODO Siberian Poultry Farm, the largest producer of broiler meat in the region. Pig farming audience was opened together with Omsky Bacon (Luzino). PRODO Group and Omsk State Agrarian University are long-term business partners.

For several years, PRODO Group enterprises have been living according to the principles of lean production. This concept does not fit simply into the framework of the fight against production losses, it is a whole philosophy covering absolutely all processes in the enterprise and involving every employee, regardless of position.
The first among the enterprises of the PRODO Group lean production was introduced by Klinsky Meat Processing Plant JSC. Here they even created their own adapted «Klin production system». And very soon they saw a real return on many levels.
The positive effect of the introduction of lean production cannot always be calculated in money. For example, the volume of waste paper handed over increases several times — its cost is low, but the contribution to the preservation of the environment is very large.
ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System Standard
All production of the Group is certified according to the international standard of food safety management system ISO 22000. It defines requirements that allow you to plan, implement and develop your food safety management system in enterprises related to food production. The ISO 22000 certificate allows the enterprise not only to guarantee the production of high-quality products, but also to manage risks – to predict and create conditions under which many problems do not arise in production.

The Group's poultry farms are in the process of preparing for the FSSC 22000 certification in food safety, recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and the European Accreditation Cooperation (EA). The system is based on ISO 22000 standards, as well as the basis of industry preconditions programs (SSP) and additional requirements of FSSC 22000. Today, this is one of the most advanced certification schemes for management systems. Poultry farms «PRODO Tyumen broiler» and «PRODO Poultry Farm Siberian» have already been audited and received FSSC 22000 certificates. In the future, the system will be implemented at other enterprises of the PRODO Group.
The effectiveness of a large business structure largely depends on the coordinated interaction of all departments, all members of the team. To this end, the PRODO Group has adopted a Code of Corporate Conduct. This is the basis of the Group's business ethics and corporate culture.

Volunteer Charity Program
In 2020, the PRODO Group for the first time implemented a unique project — the Corporate Volunteer Charity Program. As part of the project, we decided to support the ideas of the Group's employees aimed at improving the quality of life of our fellow countrymen.
A project competition was organized, and the best received funding. In total, 33 winners were identified who were able to implement their projects.
The charity program of corporate volunteering is an excellent opportunity for the personal development of employees of the PRODO Group, because for many of them participation in the program has become the starting point for a qualitative change in their own lives.

In May-June 2020, the PRODO Group sent a total of 32,500 food sets to socially vulnerable categories of the population. Assistance was provided to residents of the regions where the PRODO Group enterprises are located. Klin, Tyumen, Kaluga, Omsk, Novosibirsk, Ufa, Perm — in these cities and the surrounding areas, low-income and large families, people with disabilities, pensioners and many others received targeted assistance. The Group's enterprises formed sets from the products of their assortment, and drivers collaborating with the Yandex Go service delivered them directly to the addressees' house. The lists of those in need of assistance were made up of social services and charitable foundations. Local administrations, volunteers, social workers and, of course, employees of our enterprises also provided invaluable assistance to the PRODO Group in the implementation of the action.
